We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. We know that sometimes online images can be deceiving so we will accept the return of any online, non-custom purchases within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please return the item with the original sales receipt. If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate on the sales receipt which product you would like us to send you. We'll ship it to you pronto.
Once we receive your item, we will begin processing your return. This can take up to two weeks.
A credit will be issued in the form of your original payment. Credit card processing time varies by institution, so it could take up to 3 weeks to show up your statement. We can not issue a cash refund for a credit card purchase.

When designing custom products, we take multiple proofing and quality control measures to ensure that your order is delivered as you expect. In digital communication, however, is sometimes difficult to accurately show color and size proportions. We will try our best to ensure your satisfaction.
